SRC won't be offering a clinic this summer, but please reach out if you'd like to schedule private coaching sessions.

Through our clinics and private coaching sessions, you’ll improve your strength, speed, and endurance, and learn how to sustainably train for running events in track and cross-country. Each session will include stretching, plyometrics, a running workout, and core-strengthening exercises. The coaches will provide advice for training throughout the week based on each athlete’s goals. We are excited to help you become faster and give you the tools to confidently train for track and cross-country going forward. All skill levels welcome!
